Dates To Remember
As the Year Goes By
In January, old acquaintance is forgotten and new resolutions are made. February marks a day for those we love. March takes the blanket of snow off the grass. April’s when the bugs fly out; they come to sting. May is a mother and brings a day for all mothers to rejoice. In June, schoolbooks, pencils, and papers take a vacation. July comes in, fireworks go up. August brings the hottest part of the sun. In September, the trees shed their skins and the leaves change color. October brings pumpkins and spooky costumes and candy. In November, we give thanks to God for everything. In December, snow falls down, snowmen go up.
